Before registering the system, mount Blu Eye in the car and install the supplied antenna using Installer Mode (factory installed on Blu Eye). This is the only way to guarantee the optimal functioning of Blu Eye.

If you have a Blu Eye that has been installed in another car before, please download and install Installer Mode first to determine an interference-free location for the antenna.

After Blu Eye has been installed and connected and the antenna placement has been tested with Installer Mode, you need to activate the system.

To do this, proceed as follows:

  2. Copy these files to the SD card (Do not put the files in a folder and make sure that the card does not contain any other files).
  3. Remove the SD card from your PC or Mac.
  4. Switch off Blu Eye by switching off the car’s ignition.
If Blu Eye remains on for some time after turning off the ignition (canbus dependent), disconnect the Blu Eye's power plug to turn off the system.
  5. Insert the SD card into the SD card slot of your Blu Eye.
  6. Switch on the ignition. IMPORTANT: Never interrupt the power to your Blu Eye system during the update process.
