Due to the shorter antenna and its placement inside the vehicle (Faraday cage effect), the detection range for emergency services is not as great as that of the Blu Eye 2. However, the detection distances of Blu Eye GO are always sufficient to allow timely response.
What can have a greater impact on the detection range of Blu Eye GO is the possible presence of heat-reflective (metallic) window film. These films often contain metal and can weaken the reception of radio signals inside the vehicle. If needed, this can be compensated for by using an optional external antenna.
You can easily test for the presence of metallic window film using your mobile phone. Hold your phone near the windshield. If the signal strength drops by 1 or 2 bars when you get in and close the door, there is a good chance your windows are fitted with metallic film.
